Darryl Armstrong, Esquire
Darryl Armstrong brings more than 15 years of experience in complex civil and criminal litigation. He started his career at Zuckerman Spaeder, LLP in Washington, D.C., where he was fortunate to be a part of a litigation team that was involved in several high-profile cases, such as Enron, WorldCom, AOL, Spiegel and Fannie Mae.
In 2009, he worked with Schiff Hardin, LLP in Washington, D.C., where his responsibilities included the oversight of complex litigation cases, as well as trade and regulatory matters. Darryl’s expertise is in E-Discovery law and the changing legal landscape that technological advances enable. Darryl has assisted clients in litigation E-Discovery issues, including electronic document preservation, production, spoliation, and computer forensic investigations.
In addition to litigation response, he counseled clients on E-Discovery preparedness, including cost-effective strategies for preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information. In 2011, Darryl joined Whiteford, Taylor and Preston, LLP in Baltimore, where he helped them established their E-Discovery department.
In 2014, Darryl founded DRA e-Law. Darryl Armstrong earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Morgan State University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He is admitted to the Maryland Bar.
